Get in shape
Climbing the Patagonia or Himalaya mountains, wild-water-rafting, canyoning is not an easy job. If you’re out of breath climbing 1-2 stairs, then you need to seriously think about getting some exercise beforehand. Walking with your backpack is already hard, but doing these activities you need to be fit. There is a lot of information on the web how to stay in shape while traveling, but how to train beforehand?

Stay healthy
Traveling can do a number on the old immune system. Just by getting on that first plane, you’re opening yourself up to a whole lot of bacteria in a small place, and chances are you’ll be on that first flight for a while. Once you arrive in that first destination, you’ll be eating new food, trying new drinks, and your body will be exposed to things it is not exposed to at home. How to prepare for your world trip?
